who would bring the party together and defeat Kathleen Wynne, whom I agree has done a terrible job as did her predecessor, they chose the most divisive of them all! Ford has NEVER been recognized for his ability to bring divergent people together.
I have voted Liberal before. I have voted NDP. I have voted Green. I admit that Kathleen Wynne has done a dismal job BUT Ford is not the type of politician we need running our province. He was born rich, inherited his successes, is an unabashed homophobic bigot and misogynist, doesn't believe in climate change, wants to repeal our needed and progressive sex-ed curriculum, represents himself as "Christian" in name but not in actions, and doesn't believe a woman has the right to make decisions about her own body. We do not need his abrasive, hate-filled, ignorant, duplicitous, Trump-like far-right dangerous brand of "leadership". I vote locally and am always impressed by how much MPP Michael Mantha does for our community. He and his federal counterpart MP Carol Hughes criss-cross a riding larger than most European nations and make it to almost every community function, event, and celebration. He listens to his constituents, is approachable, and is a worthy competitor in every pancake eating competition I've beaten him at! The NDP platform is one that I can stand behind. "We keep switching between the Liberals and the Conservatives in Ontario, and life just keeps getting harder," said NDP House Leader Bisson. Ford supports his party's plan to cut $6.1 billion in provincial jobs and services and says he will cut even deeper but will also cancel legislation that has polluters pay for poisoning our waterways and lands. He plans on repealing the Sex-Ed curriculum without realizing just how progressive it is and how it helps to make for healthier Ontarians. In June, please vote Andrea Horwath and the NDP.
