Are you a conservative, Conservative, or a Sheer Conservative? They are three different beasts.12/12/2017 ![]() If you are a Conservative, that's fine. If you are going to vote Conservative in the next election, then we have a problem because you then support your party leader Andrew Sheer. A vote for the Conservative party is a vote for a man who stands against all the things I hold dear: that social justice and equity should be the basis for all decisions we make, in our homes and in our parliaments, and that we should embrace and celebrate diversity. If you approve of Sheer's politics, philosophies and warped sense of morality, I'm not going to delete you as a friend on Facebook or avoid you in real life because I'm hoping you will, in time, see his politics as toxic and antithetical to the Canadian ideal, and incompatible to life in a just, fair, and progressive society. If you didn't vote for him as leader of YOUR party, and you don't believe in what he stands for, please, please, please don't stay silent. Let Sheer and the leadership know. Speak with your words, your letters, your social posts, your donations (or lack of) and your vote. Engage other Conservatives because is this REALLY the same Conservative Party you believe in?
